Bangkok Finder is a professional, property rental agency specialising in residential leasing. We have been finding homes for home renters since 2005 and our guarantee is that you will always pay the best rates when we negotiate for you. Our existence has always been based on 100% customer referral, up until recently when we saw our search engine rankings take a surge upwards (I love Google!) Thus, bringing along with it a whole new host of enthusiastic home hunters.

Our family moved to Bangkok 6 years ago. Neither my husband nor I came here on a generous expat package, but one of the great things about that is, when you are not handed everything on a silver platter, you tend to search for it and with search comes knowledge. Over the years, we’ve moved countless of times (I like change) and each time to some place bigger, nicer and sometimes, cheaper. We’ve always found these places by ourselves, negotiating with the landlords and getting the very best possible price. Soon, all our friends and neighbours were asking us to help find them a place or rent out their newly renovated condo! And that was how Bangkok Finder grew organically from a passtime to a full time, family run business.

Our approach is intuitive and personal. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, requirements and what exactly it is you are looking for before taking you around. There is no point wasting your time showing you tens of apartments that match your budget but not your lifestyle or vice versa!

Our years of searching and exploring have also uncovered many hidden gems, untold stories and great bargains i.e. a great restaurant, a reliable tailor, a fantastic hideaway, the best value shopping, or even a local handyman, and so the idea of this web blog was born. At Bangkok finder, we strive to be more than just another property agency. We hope to help you settle into your new life in Bangkok, and because we’ve been there and done it all, we can save you months of searching by simply pointing you in the right direction whether it’s applying for internet connection, cable TV or finding a nanny for your children. Our service continues long after the contract's been signed and sealed.

Our Property Rentals page consist of hundreds of quality apartments and houses for rent in Bangkok, and our listings are updated daily. However, not all our properties are listed online so please, email us with your requirements and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a customised list of suitable properties.

One thing we NEVER do is hike up the rent for the sake of a higher commission. Surf around and you will find that similar properties listed on Bangkok Finder are sometimes listed on other sites at 15 - 30% higher. We list it as it is.
